Aistear in Senior Infants

Senior Infants had great fun in Aistear recently learning all about the Fire Station. We were very busy putting out fires, filling in incident forms and constructing fire engines!

Ms Stewart's and Ms Thorpe's class are learning about space. They made a brilliant Space Station to explore our solar system.

Having fun in Aistear at the Fire Station and dressing up for St Patrick's day.

We're busy in Senior Infants

There was great excitement last week when the three senior infant classes got a visit from two newborn lambs. They were very small so we tried to be very quiet and gentle when we were petting them. Thank you to Ms. Egan and Ms. De Paor for organising the visit!

We have been doing lots of active maths in the last few weeks and it is great to see the children playing maths games and practising their adding at the same time. Thank you to all the helpers who come in on Mondays!

We are also learning lots about the dentist in our Aistear groups this month. We have been checking our teeth, practising our brushing, making appointments and getting checkups.
